How to measure a foot?

1. Place one of your feet on a clean sheet of paper and transfer your entire body weight onto it. Trace the foot yourself or have someone do it with a sharp pencil. Hold the pencil as close to the foot as possible, as shown in fig. 1.

2. Then measure the distance from the extreme point of the heel to the longest toe of your foot, as shown in fig. 2.
